The 2-room holiday flat REEDER's TOPP is a spacious flat with approx. 70 sqm of living space and a truly spectacular view of the harbour, Schlei and Baltic Sea..

It is located on the 3rd floor of the residential and commercial building KLABAUTERMANN 3 with exclusively quiet business (rental agency, office, shops) and is practically enthroned like a small house above the entire OstseeResort! Of course, there is also a lift in the house.

The interior of this extraordinary harbour flat with its living, dining and kitchen area (approx. 31 sqm), small balcony (2 x 2 m), hallway with writing desk, bedroom and bathroom offers enough space to feel at home immediately - the open ceilings, some of which are up to 4 m high to the roof ridge, create a charm all of their own! There is also a small infrared heat cabin!

The special feature is not only the unique view, but also the location directly in the harbour mile of the beautiful and newly built marina, the main attraction of the entire holiday resort. Watching the morning or evening sunset over the harbour is a special colourful event almost every day...

A bicycle storage room is available.

This flat is also perfect for a large family or two couples/small families who want to spend their holidays together but live separately, in combination with the somewhat smaller 50 sqm 2-room harbour flat REEDERs NEST: Located in the same house, but on two different floors, these two flats in a double pack together offer space for up to 8 people, but also the necessary distance!

Activities

The OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction - in 2022/23, the marina will be expanded and more cafés, restaurants and shops will open. There is a large EDEKA supermarket with a posh bistro/restaurant, an Italian restaurant and the first small shops for strolling and shopping in the harbour mile. There is also a playground and an adventure golf course.

Otherwise, the harbour town of Kappeln, 7 km away, is ideal for shopping and strolling.

Location and surroundings

Directly on the Baltic Sea in the Eckernförde Bay (Schleswig-Holstein), a new holiday resort with the name "OstseeResort Olpenitz" is being built on the site of a former naval base near Kappeln on the Schlei on an area of fabulous 86 hectares of land and 66 hectares of water and harbour area, which is to become Northern Europe's largest maritime holiday resort - and practically all the holiday properties here are in a location that is unlikely to be found again in Germany on the Baltic Sea, surrounded by water on practically all sides: The Schlei, the harbour basin and the Baltic Sea..

Shopping and excursion possibilities, restaurants, shops, etc. are best found in Kappeln, 7 km away. The infrastructure in OstseeResort Olpenitz with regard to gastronomy, marina, etc. is not yet completely finished. However, an excellently equipped holiday flat in a fascinating location is already waiting for you..

In 2022/23, the marina is to be expanded and more cafés, restaurants and shops are to open. There is a large EDEKA supermarket with a posh bistro/restaurant, an Italian restaurant and the first small shops for strolling and shopping in the harbour mile. There is also a playground and an adventure golf course.

The public "Weidefelder Strand" adjoins the Port Olpenitz area directly to the south and is therefore in close proximity, 3 km long and of good sand quality. There is also a small beach restaurant there, the popular LOBSTER. Cyclists can access the beach free of charge, motorists pay a comparatively small parking fee.
